Barbara Petrowitz is the local representative of Mortgage Barb Team;  she is recognized as a regional expert and has earned an Outstanding Production & Service Award in the national registry.  Her most recent accomplishment includes being selected for 2011, second year in a row -Southwest Florida’s Five Star Mortgage Professionals. In 2001 Barb opened Key Mortgage Brokers, Inc. and the company thrived with her as owner/manager for nine years.  Barb became highly successful within our community with one of the most productive and respected mortgage offices in Southwest Florida.

Since entering the industry in 1994, Barb’s business has become 100% generated from repeat clients and their referrals, realtors, builders and financial advisors.
