The Mortgage Barb Team at Mortgage Barb Team employ's its' own in house processors. Your processor and your Loan Officer will be assigned to your file as soon as you have your completed contract on your new Florida Home.
This means that you will be completely informed throughout the entire loan process and all of your questions will be answered without exception. In additon, our proactive loan solution team will keep your realtor informed with weekly progress and update reports.
The goal of this procedure is to take all of the mystery out of the Loan Process by educating our borrowers and instilling confidence throughout the application, product selection, completion and closing of your loan.
